Nature 101: Backyard Birds

Who winters in these woods? Join the Highlands Biological Station as we take part in the Great Backyard Bird Count! Birders of all skill levels are welcome to join us as we take an easy walk around the campus to find our feathered friends. Dress for the weather. Binoculars will be provided. The walk will be cancelled in the event of rain or inclement weather. Meet at the Highlands Nature Center, 930 Horse Cove Rd. There is always something changing in the Highlands Botanical Garden! Take a guided tour to see what's new in our demonstration gardens and among the hundreds of species that call our campus home.
