Join us for a free gardens tour on Wednesday, July 8 at noon, meeting at the Highlands Nature Center.

Dr. Jim Costa of Highlands Biological Station and Western Carolina University will lead this tour focused on “Insects and Insect Signs in the Garden.” Participants will explore the gardens while learning to notice the small but fascinating clues insects leave behind, including signs of feeding, pollination, shelter, and other activity often hidden in plain sight.

This tour is free, open to all, and welcomes visitors of all ages. No registration is required.
